First Day:

The first day is free!  We’re so sure you’ll come back that the first day in on us.  It allows us to evaluate your dog and for your pooch to do the same. Our goal is to maintain a happy, playful environment that promises safety to all our guests.  To ensure this, dogs will be closely evaluated on their first day.  We will first introduce them to a space next to, but screened from, our main play area.  As we see fit, we will gradually introduce your pet to other dogs one by one, or in a small group until it is clear that your dog feels comfortable enough with the interaction.   

Completed Registration Form and proof of vaccinations required.

Eligibility:

 

1. •Dogs must be 4 months or older.
   

2. •All dogs over 6 months of age must be spayed or neutered.
   

3. •Dogs must be current on all vaccinations (DHLPP, Rabies, by 6 months, Bordetella). Vaccination records are required annually and must be presented at the initial visit.
   

4. •Dogs must be on a flea control program.
   

5. •Dogs must wear a collar with identification.
   

6. •Dogs must be friendly with all dogs and people.  No aggressive behavior is acceptable.
   

7. •All dogs must be in good health.  Any dog that shows signs of illness will unfortunately have to be isolated from other dogs and the owner will be contacted.

Management and Staff at The Dog House are certified in Red Cross Dog First Aid and CPR.
